All liquid nitrogen and bulk gas products are stored locally on site, once they have been delivered by one of our fleet of tankers. A static storage tank is permanently situated at the location of the gas or cryogenic application. This gas storage tank, gas control valves and vaporisers are used to convert the bulk liquid into gas for use in your application.

Liquid Bulk Gas Hardware and Equipment

The applicable hardware can be supplied as either purchased equipment, or leased depending on the most suitable finanical solution to your business. With a tank maintainance package such as CryoSafe, the benefits of looking at a bulk tanks solution makes perfect sense for larger gas applications, with tank sizes varying from 5 to 50 tonnes in storage volume and capacity.

How We Transport Liquid Cryogenic Gas To You

Most road tankers can deliver approximately 20 tonnes of liquid gas to you, and all have on-board pumps and flowmeters to transfer and measure the amount of gas delivered. We can fit a telemetry system to automatically monitor the amount of gas in the tank and schedule deliveries to relieve you of the burden of stock management.

All bulk liquid gas tanks are pressurised, but the actual pressure varies according to the product and its application. Bulk gas installations are covered by the Pressure Systems Regulations. If the tank is rented from CryoService Ltd and we take care of all the necessary maintenance, inspections, certification and record keeping in accordance with Written Schemes of Examination.
